Movement Experiences

Viola offers tailored movement experiences for individuals, groups, brands and creative communities, designed to reconnect the body with presence, expression and awareness.

Her practice brings together elements of yoga, Pilates, mindful movement, dance and somatic research, creating sessions that can take the shape of intimate classes, workshops, special events or retreat programs.

Each experience is built around the context and the people involved: from soft practices dedicated to wellbeing and grounding, to more expressive formats focused on creativity, freedom of movement and embodied storytelling.

Available for workshops, events, retreats, private groups, brand activations and bespoke wellness experiences.

Viola offers movement direction for fashion, editorial, film and performance-based projects, supporting creative teams in translating concepts into physical expression.

With a background in classical ballet, mindful movement and body awareness, she guides models, dancers and talents in developing a movement language that feels authentic, intentional and visually strong. Her work can range from subtle body direction on set to more choreographic research, helping shape posture, gesture, rhythm and presence in relation to the image.

Through a sensitive and refined approach, Viola brings movement into the creative process as a tool for storytelling, emotion and visual identity.
